2. What we collect and why

Data you give us

• Contact form — your name, email and message, to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in replying. Kept for 3 years from the last exchange.
• Comments, if enabled — the name, email and content you submit, plus your IP address for spam filtering.

Data collected automatically

• Audience measurement — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, via Google Analytics (Google Site Kit). Only with your consent.
• Advertising — our advertising partners may set identifiers to show and measure ads. See the cookie policy. Only with your consent.
• Server logs — IP address and request data, kept 12 months for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site: our host o2switch, our analytics provider Google (Analytics/Site Kit), and, once active, our advertising partner Google AdSense.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, object to processing, and withdraw a consent at any time. Write to — we answer within one month.

If you are unsatisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL.

5. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and significant changes are announced on the home page for 30 days.
